Friendships at Workplace

I think it is good to be friends with your co-workers. I think its good because it makes work more interesting and a happier place to be. Although I do not think it is good to make one of your co-workers your boyfriend or girlfriend. It would be an awkward and uncomfortable situation for your co-workers and yourself if something bad were to happen. Sometimes it is bad to have too many friends at work because then you can get distracted talking too much or messing around. Sometimes the reasons for getting the job in the first place was because of your friend but you should mostly keep it professional. You certainly do not have to be friends with your co-workers but being friendly is okay.

Personal Ethics

I think ethics have a lot to do on how people were raised and how they were treated when they were small. If as a child you were always treated right then your way of being might be kind and you can be friendly anywhere you are or whoever your with. Ethics can also maybe be how you think of yourself and others. For example, when your at work and your about to close and you hide out and not help clean, that might be bad personal ethics. Otherwise, you come out and help so you and your co-workers can finish quicker and you can all go home sooner. That can be really good personal ethics. I think ethics can be how highly you think of yourself and how you can want the best for yourself.

My Future Career Goal!

In the future I would love to become a registered nurse (RN). After high school I want to go to Long Beach Community College and then after I complete the two years there I want to transfer to Long Beach State. I know that it will be really hard for me but I will try my best. I've always wanted to become a nurse since I was small and now I  am one step closer to doing so. Once I graduate College I would like to either come back home and work here since all my family is here or if any opportunities come up over there then that's where I will stay. I have always had a big interest in working in hospitals and with patients. Financially I know that I will struggle but I mean what college student doesn't so I'm going to have to get a job to help me financially to make my dream career come true.

Communicating in High School

Communicating in high school can be hard for some teenagers. Like I stated in my previous blog it can be easier for some students than others because they can be anti-social or shy. Also it can be hard for some students or teenagers to communicate if they don't have many friends. I think communication is important in high school because there are a lot of things that should be said to avoid misunderstandings with other peers, teachers, or even at home with their parents. I believe that a lot of the drama that happens in high school is either because of too much communication, meaning people talking more than they're suppose to or people not talking enough. I also believe that many teachers need a better way of communicating with their high school students so that they can get a better understanding of what they are trying to get passed them.

Writing as a Teenager

Many people have many challenges when writing. When I write it's difficult for me to stay on topic. Also another thing, is that I repeat myself a lot in my essays. As a teenager we have a lot on our mind like activities or events outside of school so when we write in class or at home its hard and it's a challenge for us to come up with ideas. Sometimes when the topic has a lot of information its easier for us to write a four or five page essay. Communicating in high school is hard for some people who are shy and are anti-social so when some people have the chance to write they are good at it cause they are used to keeping there ideas in their mind.
